Our Shepard Swim School Instructors are known for their patience and love for children.  Each instructor is carefully chosen for their character, values, compassion for children and love for swimming.

CRP and First Aid Training is mandatory for each Shepard Instructor.  After undergoing extensive instructor training our instructors are required to attend in services to review and be trained with new teaching techniques throughout the year.  We also have mandatory monthly staff meetings which include training.

All instructors must be 16 years of age and older with a valid drivers license.

Starting hourly pay is a minimum of $10.00 and after 30 days minimum of $12.00 an hour.  We do evaluations and give raises based on performance.  There is a lot of growth potential in the company and careers in aquatics.
