Our 30-minute classes are designed to cater to infants as young as a few months old, all the way up to 12-year-olds. Teens and Adults are also welcomed to attend in a private lesson setting. With experienced and certified instructors, we create a safe and nurturing environment for your child to develop their swimming skills and build confidence in the water. 0-2 Years Old
(Birth-5 months) FREE LESSONS-Parent must be in the water. This is a FREE weekly program offered to parents of newborns. Parents are instructed on how to use their bath time at home with their babies for socialization, bonding, and introduction to the wonderful world of water. Infants holding their heads up may attend. ($49 annual registration fee applies)
One parent/adult must be in the water and wear a shirt over his/her swim attire. Learning through songs, interactive games, and group activities appeals to a child’s sense of curiosity, wonder and play. This is all complimented by colorful toys and other engaging aquatic apparatus. Babies and toddlers increase confidence and learn to submerge comfortably with eight-ten second breath control. Final Goals *Comfort in Water, *Submerge and Turn to Wall, *Comfort on Back and *8-10 second Breath Control. Level 1 + Final Goals *Submerge, Turn and Grab Wall, *Wall Hang, *Back float, *Independent Kicking 5 Feet, *Masters Rollover Breath (Level 1 + are in the same class but different swimming techniques are taught)
Parents are not in the water, but view the class through glass. This class is for two year olds who have no experience or are transitioning from the parent in the water. Final Goals *5-10 Ft. Swim with 8-10 second breath control, *Jump Turn to Wall, *Comfort with Back float, eyes in for Roll to Wall, *Independent Kicking 10 Feet *Monkey Walk
Parents are not in the water, but view the class through glass. This class is for two year olds who have mastered the final goals of the Level 2 course. Final Goals *15 Ft. Swim with initiated Rollover Breath, *Jump Turn Grab Wall, *Back float 10 seconds with assisted roll to wall, *Independent Kicking 15 Feet.
Parents are not in the water, but view the class through glass. This class is for two-year-olds who have mastered the final goals of the Level 3 course. Final Goals *20 Ft. Swim with Rollover Breath, *Independent Jump Turn Jump Turn Swim, * 5 Ft. Back Kick Glide, *Independent Kicking 20 Feet. *Independent back float with independent roll to the wall.
3 & 4 Years Olds
This class is for three and four year olds who do not know how to swim without floatation. Themes and games entertain the tots while they learn to move 10 feet through the water. Final Goal: *8-10 Second Breath Control, *Comfort with Assisted Back float, *Independent Kicking 10 Feet *Independent Turn to Wall after Jump **Independent Swim 10 Feet.
This is a class for three and four year olds who have mastered the final goals of Level 5. Fun themes and swim drills increase their distance to 15 feet. Final Goals: *Independent Back Float with Assisted Roll to Wall, *Independent Kicking 15 Feet, *Jump, Turn, Swim and Grab Wall and *Begins Independent Rollover Breath.
This class is for three and four year olds who have mastered the final goals of level 6. Final Goals: *20 Ft. Independent Swim with Independent Rollover Breath *Independent Back Float and Roll to Wall, *Independent Kicking 20 Ft., *Independent Jump Turn Swim, *Back Kick Glide 5 Ft.
This class is for three and four year olds who have mastered the final goals of Level 7. Final Goals: *Independent Swim 30 Ft. with Rollover Breathing, *Independent Kicking 30 Ft., *Jump,Treading Water, Transition to Back Float, Swim Back to Wall, *Streamline
5-12 Years Old
This class is for 5-12 years of age who cannot swim. Final Goals: *8-10 Second Breath Control, *Independent Back Float, *Kick 10 Feet, *Independent Jump Turn Swim and *Independent 10 Feet Swim with Windmill Arms.
This class is for students who have mastered Level 9 course goals. They will work on distance, breathing and treading water in this class. Final Goals: *Tread Water 10 seconds transition to Back Float then to wall, *Surface Streamline 5 FT., Back Kick Glide 5 FT and *Independent Swim 20 Feet with Rollover Breath.
This class is for students who have mastered the Level 10 course goals. This is considered our safety level which will make students strong swimmers. Final Goals: *Independent Swim with Rolling Breath 30 Feet, **Side Kick Glide 15 FT. **Front Kicks 30 FT.
5-12 Years Old
This class is for students who have mastered Level 11. In this level we will learn Unilateral Breathing and Backstroke. Final Goals: *Unilateral Breathing while doing proper Freestyle 60 Feet *Backstroke for 30 Feet.
This class is for students who have mastered Level 12 course goals. Final Goals: *Bilateral Breathing Freestyle 60 Feet, *Butterfly 30 Feet and *Backstroke 60 Feet.
This class is for students who have mastered Level 13 course goals. This level will increase distance for competitive strokes and teach breaststroke. Final Goals: *Bilateral Breathing Freestyle 90 Feet, *Breaststroke 30 Feet, *Backstroke 90 Feet and *Butterfly 60 Feet.
All Ages
For Ages 13-Adult. It is never too late to learn how to swim! You can choose 15-minute or 30-minute private lessons on one with an instructor. Each Private Lesson is designed to meet individual goals. SIblings can also share a semi-private lesson.
For all ages you can choose a 15 minute or 30 minute private lesson weekly or drop in refresher lesson. These lessons are geared towards meeting your individual goals whether that is water safety or learning open water swimming for a triathlon etc.
We cater to individual needs whether that be a parapalegic, down syndrome, autism, rare medical conditions, sensory stimulation etc. We have trained instructors guided by our management team to create an individualized swim plan to help each student be successful in learning to swim.
